Unfortunately no. The iron griddle most disposed to has a VERY rough surface on the bottom which could scratch the glass surface. You also cannot use copper bottom pans on a glass top stove. Although easy to pure and sexy looking, glass top stoves are a bit of a pain when it comes to versatility with pans. I have a gas turkey fryer that I use with my cast iron pans (setup shell on the deck) when I feel like cooking with iron.
