I have owned this linker for more than a year. While the NDS firmware support has been dropped by M3 this linker still has close to 100% GBA compatiblity. This includes over 500+ known GBA homebrew projects. The linker is easy to use, comes with shells for the phat and lite specific slots. Works perfectly in a GBA, GBA Micro, GBA SP. Supports cheats, DMA patching, Pass-me (NDS), Real Time Clock, A firmware password protect, Media (video, e-books, music), and much more. The kit supports up to 2gb non-sdhc msd cards. a 4 gb non-sdhc (tho hard to find) micro sd card can be used for MEDIA ONLY! This kit is a bit old so support is limited, even the official forum has been taken offline.
