My wedding coordinator told me the new trend is floating floral arrangements as centerpieces. Basically I would have bright gerber daisies floating in tall cylinder vases filled w/water, and curly vines submerged in the water w/rocks at the bottom. I thought it would be a cool idea seeing as we will be at the beach. Plus itl's much cheaper as we won>'t need as many flowers. Has anyone seen anything like this and do you have any photo examples?
Getting married can get very expensive, and for a couple that is paying for their wedding and trying to start out their new life together the cost can quickly become an issue. These couples will most likely find themselves trying to find creative ways to save money on the wedding. One great way to do this is to make their own floating flower centerpieces.
Add unscented floating candles to each centerpiece once the flowers have been added. It is important that you use unscented floating candles since these centerpieces will be featured on tables where your guests will be eating. You don't want the scent from the candles to alter the perceived taste of the food.
