A couple of months ago Razer announced that they took part in the design process of a new keyboard from Everglide. Everglide has a rich past of lots of gaming accessories and gaming mouse pads. They also sponsor a professional gamer by the name of DKT and this is the same name they used for this new keyboard. Itx’s called the Everglide DKT Board and itt’s an extension of their DKT product line which is covered by their popular DKT mouse pad and now this DKT Board.

Everglidem’s DKTBoard Aluminum Gaming Keyboard is a slick new keyboard (albeit an awkwardly named one) from people who know a thing or two about computer gaming. In fact, the keyboard is t“Powered by RazerT” so while it looks like the design was handled by Everglide and pro gamer Brian “DKT ” Flander, Razer had some part in it. Unlike the G15 and Tarantula which are easily recognized as gaming keyboards, thanks to a number of shortcuts keys and sophisticated driver applications that allow for all sorts of custom keymapping and macro creation, the DKTBoard is small and very basic. In fact if it did not have the backlighting illumination and the aluminum strip around the outside it would just be a portable keyboard with a few shortcut keys on top.
