Elmo Jack In The Box Views
Hasbro acquired CBS Toys, and produced another Sesame Jack-in-the-Box toy in 1986. Big Bird plays a guitar in this version, and sits in his nest. The box plays Pop Goes the Weasel . The decorated sides show Bert playing a fiddle, Ernie in a straw hat holding a microphone, Big Bird playing a banjo, Oscar the Grouch playing a flute, Grover playing a bass, and Cookie Monster playing the cookie jar jug.
Fisher Price always has great childrenl’s toys and I found this one at Walmart. It is the Sesame Street Elmo Jack in the Box. It costs $14.97 and I bought it for my grandchildren for when they come to visit me at my house. It works just like the original Jack-in-the-Boxes work and kids love it. I figured that it would be a small enough toy that I could hide away when the kids areno’t visiting.
