Dark Charizard Card Views
The Dark Charizard is numbered 4 out of the 82 cards in the “Team Rocket” expansion set. The Rare Hologram version is numbered 21. Despite its name, Dark Charizard is considerably weaker than its Base Set counterpart, having only 80HP, and despite it having two new moves, it pales in comparison to the Base Set Charizard in terms of damage.
Its second move, Continuous Fireball, deals variable damage to the Defending Pokemon. The player must flip a coin equal to the number of Fire Energy Cards attached to Dark Charizard (i.e. 5 Fire Energy Cards gives you 5 flips). Every time you flip a coin, and it lands on the Heads side, Dark Charizard will deal 50 Damage to the Defending Pokemon. If you get Tails, then it does no damage at all, so it really depends on the player’s luck. You must then discard Fire Energy Cards equal to the number of heads you have successfully landed. This move is okay and does considerable damage to the Defending Pokemon, but moves that are depending on luck and chances are considered to be inferior to those moves that can deal guaranteed damage.

These are two very rare Charizard cards they are both in Near mint condition and have rarly been played with I kept them in a large notebook with plastic sleeves. The regular Charizard is a base 2 pokemon as well as Dark Charizard but the Dark Charizard is a Team Rocket card. These cards are great and would be a fabulous edition to anyones collection
