What can I say...Cherryberry is Great!! I have been here like 5 times and every trip was a success. The yogurt is a must have and the toppings are fresh. The young Lady there was friendly and helpful, prices were fair and the store was clean. I did notice on the first trip there, that it can be easily passed up. The sign is not big nor colorful and from the outside it looks as if it's closed. It is across the street from fountain blue...Don't forget to get your card stamped, it's one stamp for every 2.00 you spend.
Went to Cherryberry for the first time yesterday with the munchkin. We (I) decided on mango yogurt with a ton of fruit toppings, graham cracker bits, and raspberry syrup. Well, I loved it - the kid wasn't so fond of the yogurt, but that's what I get for picking a tart flavor for a 1 year old. She may have preferred Cookies N Cream.Anyhow, it's conveniently located on Manhattan, but in a small strip mall so its easy to miss. Once you find it, stop in! They're happy to explain everything to you, but as far as the FroYo goes, it's basically serve yourself and pay for however much you pick out.
Before there was Pinkberry in New Orleans, there was Cherryberry. And we Orleanians are grateful for that. They offer a great selection in yogurt flavors and toppings. One of the best things about Cherryberry is that it's self-served! You can get as little as you want, or as much as you want, and you pay for that amount. In addition, they also served shaved ice w/ condensed milk, ice cream, and fruit. Ohmygah! Delish! The establishment is clean, the staff are nice, and the location is great (especially for me since I only live 7 minutes away).
