Blackberry Dual Sim Phones Views

I know there are dual sim adapter kits on the market, such as the ones made by SIMore. They require you to cut the sim cards. And because the phone isn't designed to handle two sims, you have to choose which sim is operational, which basically sets the other to an off status. There are phones out on the market that are designed for dual sims (some of which claim to offer simultaneous use of both sims). Is Blackberry planning on developing a dual sim phone? If simultaneous use of two sims is impossible in the US, please explain why, if you are able.
