A 2K Games message board user named JRoch threw a blacklight party at his place, looked over at his wall, and noticed something strange about his BioShock 2 posters: they had hidden messages. The posters pictured above are the same ones that come with the Special Edition of the game, so many of you may actually have them as well.

JRoch on the 2k forums said that he left his three Bioshock 2 posters on his wall, and while messing around with his friends and an old blacklight, he discovered secret messages on his poster. These are just like the ones you will see while playing the video game itself. It took quite some time to figure out this little easter egg and the millions of people who own and/or are interested in this video game had not the slightest clue, whether they owned it or not.

The vinyl is cute and all and a few propaganda posters seem cool with an art book and soundtrack, but hell no. Thats soooooo not worth it. How about some early access DLC, because we all know its coming. How about another Big Daddy figure. The one with the first game was awesome and super detailed. The collectors edition of Bioshock 2 is super weak. I loved the first game, but honestly WTF?!

The sequel to 2007n’s amazing underwater shooter is coming up soon - making its debut on February 9, 2009. Fans looking for the ultimate package on day one can spring for the Special Edition, which will reportedly include the game, the game9’s soundtrack and an art book, along with a vinyl LP of the original BioShock soundtrack and three sweet-looking posters done up in the )“Rapture propaganda
