39 Clues Cards Views
Each book in the 39 Clues series includes six cards, which unlock one online clue, the same one Amy and Dan find in the corresponding book. Readers can unlock it by entering the code on one of the cards on their 39 Clues account. If eligible, they will also be automatically entered to win the Book Prizes, the largest being $10,000.
On the official The 39 Clues website, fans of the series can create an account and win certain prizes if eligible.[16] When a user creates an account, they become a member of one of the Cahill family branches,[16] and will be able to interact with the online 39 Clues experience.[16] They can also play Missions (games that are played by users to reveal clues)[16] and load cards from the books onto their account by typing in the code from the cards. People can also play games at Arena 39.[16]
Card collecting, aside from books and online gaming, is also included as part of the series The 39 Clues. At least 427 collectible cards will be released with this series. These cards will provide leads needed to find the 39 Clues.[1] Every book contains or will contain six.[1] Cards are also available for purchase separately in Card Packs. It is possible to collect just the physical cards, but most people also keep virtual versions of the cards online, as part of their 39 Clues account.
Since June 2, 2009, it is possible to combine cards together to unlock Clues. Thirty-nine of these combos will be available.[2] When someone adds all the cards in a combo to their 39 Clues account, a Clue will be unlocked. All of these combos have a name, and a number (from 1 to 39). This number is the same number as the number of the Clue that the combo unlocks.
