i braught a sony mp4/mp3 player recently .after copying the audio files(mp3)someof those files are not opening.i tried to format the player.actually it is 2 gb player.while doing format it has shown its full capacity as 455mb.i formated the player.after that it is not running. if i connect it to computer using USB cable it not detecting as removable disk.it is been decteting as USB device.how to solve this problem is any software reqd.plese give m einformation.
