92mm Fans Views
Asetek announced three new liquid CPU coolers for OEMs and system builders, designed for chassis utilizing 92mm exhaust fans. The products include: a single exhaust port, single-CPU cooler; a dual exhaust port, single-CPU cooler; and a dual exhaust port, dual-CPU cooler. These new Asetek products provide superior overclocking for compact gaming systems, and ultra-quiet computing and improved productivity for 3U servers and mainstream workstations.
This time, Noctua enters a 92mm fan into the cooling arena. The claim is that the fan's design gives rise to a high level of airflow and air pressure for its speed. So, even though its RPMs are low, it can provide the same level of performance as faster turning fans, and the NF-B9's lower speed means that the fan produces less noise.
92mm fans are most often used as case fans to provide extra airflow through the computer case. They are not as common as 80mm fans, or more recently 120mm fans, but nonetheless we are pleased to offer a wide choice of top quality fans which will provide quiet and safe cooling for many years to come.
