I have to agree with travis, new country singer like taylor swift have gone more modern but if u watch any of their interviews they all say they were inspired by the legends.But u also have to look at it as a marketing stander to who buys the new CDt’s kids or their parents.So the new singer have to make songs to their listeners

I think that everone should just keep their comments of wether they like taylor swift or not to themselves. Apparently shee’s country enough to be in the top 20 otherwise she wouldn ’t be on here. The country radio stations keep playing her songs and areni’t going to stop. Carrie Underwood and her are both talented and Ie’m not saying that I particularily LOVE her but her songs are good enough to listen to. So stop hating and get over it.

So, why is everyone saying that Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood is country singers when they are not. Even in their voices they don2’t sound country at all.
